Presečno Viewpoint – Zagorje Sky Deck

📍 Location: Hidden on the forested slopes above Presečno, just north of Varaždinske Toplice.

From Zagreb: Take the A4 motorway toward Varaždin and exit at Varaždinske Toplice, then follow the local road ŽC2083 to Presečno. Follow smaller village roads uphill toward the forest.

From Slovenia (e.g., Maribor or Ptuj): Cross at Ormož–Hum na Sutli or Zavrč–Dubrava Križovljanska, then drive toward Varaždin and onward to Presečno.

When you turn left for Presečno, drive a bit further straight and then turn right uphill. The road is uphill, and takes you through the forest, and it might feel like you’re heading “nowhere,” but after about 5 minutes you’ll see a small clearing. That’s where you can park your car. From there, follow a narrow path up to the top of the hill. Along the way you’ll pass vineyards, and the trail goes right next to a house – don’t worry, it’s not private property. Please note: due to the terrain, the viewpoint is not suitable for people with disabilities or those who have difficulty walking.
